Routing Number Administrator (RNA)
The RNA is responsible for managing and assigning non-dialable p-ANIs (Pseudo-Automatic Number Identification) which are used to support the routing of wireless and VoIP 9-1-1 calls, out of the 211 NXX and 511 NXX on a national basis including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
